Fasol Menin Winery
Founded in 1812, Fasol Menin Winery is a benchmark for Prosecco Superiore DOCG and Piave DOC wines. Led since 2020 by the Tramet family — Giulia and Alessandro — with 10 hectares of vineyards and approximately 150,000 bottles per year, the winery embodies a philosophy that unites art, innovation and sustainability in the heart of the UNESCO Prosecco Hills.

Where wine meets art. The winery's philosophy revolves around the concept of "Arte Collinare" — Hill Art: the intersection of winemaking, artistic expression and the hillside terroir of the UNESCO Prosecco Hills.
Every bottle tells the story of these hills, the ciglioni terraces and the traditional bellussera vine training system that has shaped the landscape of Valdobbiadene for centuries.

Dry, fruity, harmonious frizzante from Glera grapes. Turbid appearance with light yeast sediment in the ancestral tradition.
Faccia Di Botte
Raboso del Piave DOC
Three years of ageing in oak and chestnut barrels. Ruby red with violet notes. Powerful, austere character.
